As the 2023-2024 school year comes to a close, the Genesis Education System is diving into an exciting summer filled with training activities aimed at professional development and team bonding.
In the early days of June, Genesis organized a refreshing retreat combined with teambuilding activities, offering each member a chance to rest, recharge, and prepare for a new academic year filled with creativity, innovation, and enriching student experiences.
With a motto of teaching passionately, playing wholeheartedly, and enjoying every moment, the teachers conquered various teambuilding challenges on the beaches of Sầm Sơn with youthful energy, determination, and a strong sense of camaraderie. The Gala dinner was another highlight, serving as a stage for each member of the Genesis family to showcase their creativity, talent, and individuality.
“Genesis is more than just a place to come and work. For me, it’s where I can share my personal values by imparting knowledge to students, contributing to the collective, and connecting with fellow educators who share the same vision. As our students excel in their studies with happiness, so do we, as teachers, work with passion and joy. This is what drives Genesis to continually innovate, create, and strive to provide the best for our students,” shared Ms. Hồng Lý, Head of Primary at the Tây Hồ campus, reflecting on the trip.
