17/3 – One morning, stepping away from familiar classrooms, Genees bring along high spirits to begin a nature discovery journey at the Long Bien Longan Garden.
In the refreshing green space of the eco garden, the experience unfolded with six exciting challenge stations. Beyond fun and play, Genees practiced essential survival skills, teamwork, proactivity, and bonded with friends through outdoor learning activities. To kick off the day, Genees skillfully hand-crafted small compasses – a handy tool to help them navigate through each challenge station.
Continuing the journey, at the Tent Pitching station, our “little explorers” worked together to stretch ropes and set up frames, creating a safe shelter in the heart of nature. At the Compass Navigation station, Genees learned how to determine directions, train their observation skills and team spirit. At the “Woodcutter” challenge station, the little ones took on the task of handling small logs, helping to nurture perseverance and a resilient spirit to overcome any challenge.
At the Astronomy Observation station, Genees explored the vast sky and demonstrated their keen observation skills. This was followed by the First Aid station, nimble little hands learned how to provide basic care and help friends in need. The spirit of adventure was further ignited with the Map Drawing challenge, where Genees utilized creative thinking and dexterity to find the correct path.
For Genees, every trip is a lesson and every step is a new experience. This journey will surely become a memorable moment, where they observe, explore, accumulate life skills, and grow more confident on their path of conquering knowledge.
