The experiential learning journey at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism became a meaningful open classroom for Genesis students, under the theme Exploring New Lands.
The Genee engaged in a series of challenges that guided them through iconic cultural spaces of Viet Nam, where every structure and architectural detail reflects stories of history and people. Throughout the journey, students learned side by side, thought collaboratively, and overcame challenges through a balanced integration of physical activity, emotional connection, and critical thinking. Each Genee played an essential role, contributing to a shared sense of teamwork and collective strength.
The trip also provided opportunities for the Genee to visit the living spaces of ethnic groups such as the Tay and Dao. Along this learning journey, students not only explored new places but also developed an appreciation for cultural diversity, respect for traditional values, and a stronger sense of connection. These are the most meaningful outcomes of learning through real-world experiences.
