Last week, the Genesis Kindergarten Genee packed their tiny backpacks, stepped outdoors, and began a very different kind of school day – surrounded by greenery, sunshine, gentle breezes, and joyful laughter at Egao Farm
There were little hands touching the soil for the first time, eagerly harvesting fresh produce. There were wide, sparkling eyes while feeding rabbits, goats, and chickens, or chasing after birds and watching koi fish swim by. There was bright laughter by the corn and sweet potato grill, and during folk games like tug of war, carrying rice bundles, and crossing the monkey bridge.
At Genesis, every trip is a gentle lesson – learning through experience, sensing the world with all five senses, and growing up in connection with nature. And childhood, for our Genee, is nurtured by these simple, happy moments.
