As part of an annual tradition, before each school year begins, Mr. Phan Anh – Director of Genesis Education System and Principal of Genesis Hanoi – sends heartfelt messages to all the teachers in the system. Reflecting on this tradition, Mr. Phan Anh shares: “No matter which school I lead, I always start the new academic year by aligning with the team on our shared vision: All our efforts are aimed at maximizing the learning and holistic development of our students. In this, teachers play an incredibly crucial role, as they interact with students daily. They are not just conveyors of knowledge but also guides, mentors, and encouragers who help students explore and discover.”
